From my years in the Oil & Gas Industry, I know the importance of good landowner relationships. In working with the Producer to promote and protect those relationships as well as secure the Producers investment, I’ve found the entrance to the lease to be a key component of this relationship and security. Competence and professionalism are a must for guarding that gate, as they are in the forefront of representing the Producer and the way they do their business. Over the years, I’ve been able to work for Producers which employ the services of Timekeepers Inc. and their gate guards have performed very well. On several occasions which required subsequent lease work on a property, the Landowner has requested the same gate guard service and even the same guard. This speaks well of those relationships.
